The hotel is in a great location near the beach, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the noise from the bar was a persistent issue during our stay, and the breakfast could have been better. it was a mixed experience but had its positive points.

The room offered stunning views of Llandudno Bay, and the location right by the seaside was fantastic for morning walks. the noise from the bar below our room disturbed our sleep late into the night, making it difficult to rest. the staff were incredibly polite and the room was clean upon arrival.
